Who are we?

We are a scale-up in Brussels called Neuroventis, focused on re-thinking healthcare and providing technology that empowers patients with chronic neurological conditions. We believe that our health care system is not focused (enough) on patients with chronic conditions and believe that technology can provide significant relief for both patients and physicians. We have developed a certified platform consisting of patient-facing applications Helpilepsy and MigraineManager and a web dashboard for healthcare professionals. The platform helps patients and neurologists better understand their situation and have more control in their lives.

Your responsibilities

As a business developer, you will be responsible for the customer growth and retention for the German market both for healthcare professionals as people living with neurological conditions:

You define and execute go-to-market strategy to reach neurologists to prescribed our reimbursed solution => you ensure we meet prescription targets
With the team, you execute stakeholder management with neurological ecosystem players in your region (e.g. pharmaceutical companies, patient associations, neurologists…)
You structure and continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel and retention process
You manage implementation projects in hospitals from a business & relationship management side (e.g. contract negotiations, timelines, communications,…)
You are responsible for keeping your knowledge up to date (via congresses, webinars, conversations with healthcare professionals..) and sharing your market insights with the product and medical team
You set up and execute small (digital) marketing campaigns to reach patients

Your profile

We are looking for a business developer, passionate about health tech, sales and marketing. We’re looking for a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently.

Ideally, you are someone that:

Speaks German and English fluently
Has 3+ years of experience in a commercial or marketing role in the healthtech, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Experience with digital therapeutics (DiGA) in Germany under Digitale Versorgung Gesetz
Likes the combination of strategy and execution, and has a hands-on mentality
Prefers to win championships with the team rather than games as an individual
Has strong communication skills and can handle complex situations with multiple stakeholders
Has a keen interest in structuring and improving commercial processes
