Who are we?

We are a scale-up in Brussels called Neuroventis, focused on re-thinking healthcare and providing technology that empowers patients with chronic neurological conditions. We believe that our health care system is not focused (enough) on patients with chronic conditions and believe that technology can provide significant relief for both patients and physicians. We have developed a certified platform consisting of patient-facing applications Helpilepsy and MigraineManager and a web dashboard for healthcare professionals. The platform helps patients and neurologists better understand their situation and have more control in their lives.

Your responsibilities

As a business developer, you will be responsible for the customer growth and retention for the French speaking market in Belgium and France, both for healthcare professionals as people living with neurological conditions.

Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for:

You define and execute go-to-market strategy to reach neurologists
You structure and continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel and retention process
You execute stakeholder management with neurological ecosystem players in your region (e.g. pharmaceutical companies, patient associations, neurologists…)
You manage implementation projects in hospitals from a business & relationship management side (e.g. contract negotiations, timelines, communications,…)
You’ll explore reimbursement options in France and, depending on implementation decision, coordinate and execute the reimbursement project
You keep your knowledge up-to-date by attending congresses and webinars and translate this into concrete actions
You will closely work together with the medical and product team to share market insights on new features and the usage of our solution

Your profile

We are looking for a business developer, passionate about health tech, sales and marketing. We’re looking for a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently.

Ideally, you are someone that:

Has 3+ years of experience in a commercial or marketing role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Has a hands-on mentality and prefers to win championships with the team rather than games as an individual
Has strong communication skills and can handle complex situations with multiple stakeholders
Likes the combination of strategy and execution
Has a keen interest in structuring and improving commercial processes
Speaks French and English fluently
