Your responsibilities

As our business development manager France, you generate leads and manage customer growth and retention for France and the French speaking market. You are the connection between pharmaceutical companies, healthcare professionals and Neuroventis.

Some of the tasks you'll be responsible for:

Managing all partnerships in your region (contract negotiations, status updates, identifying new opportunities,…)
Strategically defining and executing our go-to-market strategy to reach neurologists
Structure and continuously improve the customer acquisition funnel and retention process
Stakeholder management with neurological ecosystem players in your region (e.g. pharmaceutical companies, patient associations, neurologists…)
Keeping your knowledge up-to-date by attending congresses and webinars and translating this into concrete actions, sharing your market insights with the internal team
Managing projects in hospitals from a business & relationship management side (e.g. contract negotiations, timelines, communications, follow up…)

Your profile

We are looking for a business development manager passionate about health tech, sales and marketing. We’re looking for a self-driven and motivated person, who can manage his/her time and projects independently.

Ideally, you are someone that:

Has 3+ years of experience in a commercial or marketing role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Has a hands-on mentality and prefers to win championships with the team rather than games as an individual
Has strong communication skills and can handle complex situations with multiple stakeholders
Likes the combination of strategy and execution
Has a keen interest in structuring and improving commercial processes
Speaks French and English fluently
