About the role

As our partnership manager, you’re tenacious, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales. You’re responsible for the global sales of clinical trials and other projects together with pharmaceutical companies.

Based on the nature of the cooperation, the stakeholders will vary between local sales and marketing teams, global marketing and management departments and clinical trial teams.

Responsibilities:

Leading the sales process from creation of own sales pipeline to deal closure.
Achieving the annual sales objectives and growth independently.
Taking ownership and accountability for all stakeholders and deals: planning and organizing time and resources to meet the goals and objectives.
Leading ideation workshops with stakeholders to select those services best suited to their needs.
Understanding industry-specific trends and drive internal discussions to update Neuroventis’ offering accordingly.
Working in close collaboration with product and project team to deliver clients needs.

Your profile

You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or IT. You have a natural drive to develop new business with a strong ability to network and maintain long term relationships.

You have:

High personal accountability and a proactive attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and networking skills
The ability to engage with different partners (e.g. market access, marketing, clinical development, legal, procurement…)
Full proficiency in English
